Participation in the SATCOM conference ASMS/SPSC

MBI is pleased to announce its participation in the SATCOM conference ASMS/SPSC, in Sitges, 26th – 28th February 2025, where we will present the paper “Design and development of VDE-SAT compliant payload for small satellite platforms.” This work is dedicated to the VHF Data Exchange System (VDES) scenario, with a particular focus on VDE-SAT, an advanced and innovative payload designed to enable bidirectional communication over VHF frequencies for maritime applications. Our contribution explores the design, development, and integration of a VDE-SAT compliant payload within small satellite platforms, addressing key challenges and opportunities in the evolution of satellite-based maritime communications.
