Simba is the perfect solution for the needs of Cultural Heritage offices. Simba helps speed up the process of managing requests related to work on these sites. The web application assists the operators step by step throughout the procedure taking into account the transparency regulations of the local authority.

Using its five independent interfaces, it is possible to keep track of the files throughout the whole bureaucratic procedure.

The database of Simba stores all the necessary information, correspondence and the data on the sites of architectural and environmental heritage. Previous requests can therefore be located and consulted quickly and easily.

Almost all working data (internal word lists, directives, letter models, personnel, and so on...) can be independently managed and updated.
