Meeting organised by MBI

On 22nd June the meeting entitled Innovation and health. Solutions for diagnosis, prevention and training. Prospects and developments." was held in Pisa. The meeting was organised by MBI and USL 5, the health authority of Pontedera.

The application of innovative solutions to healthcare is one of the most interesting opportunities offered by information technology.

The co-operation between medical staff, health authorities and ICT companies is providing a major boost to the development of medical excellence.

This meeting presented some potential applications for the near future, as a springboard to valuable discussion between the major groups involved in healthcare and information technology, especially in Tuscany.
